Day 2 Cambodia: The team split into 2 groups so we can attend more than 1 church. One group went to a Khmer church and the other a Vietnamese church. We even rode a tuk tuk to church. We were able to meet the various ministry workers, have lunch with them and pray with them. The team was inspired by their dedication and passion in serving God’s church. It didn’t matter that they had very little, they continue to serve tirelessly and faithfully. In the evening, we were able to have dinner at the Lim’s residence along with other missionary families. Carol treated us to a wonderful Cambodia curry dish. At the end of the night, we had the privilege of praying for a couple who pastored in the city but decided to move to the province. So awesome that even though we can’t understand each other, we were united in prayer! Finally, some of us got to ride in the back of Kevin’s truck! Very long but fulfilling day.

Day 1 Cambodia. Thankful that we arrived safely in Cambodia. We literally hit the ground running. Our first day was packed full. Met the Lims for breakfast, did our orientation then we went to visit a Vietnamese church/school. They were gracious hosts, provided lunch and a little gift got each of us. We ended the day with a bang, literally as they had fireworks celebrating their Independence Day. We were treated to a boat river cruise and met the team from Wise Financials.

AmazinGrace 2023 was full of fun, friendly competition. We had great weather and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the 10 stations they had to complete! This year, our Elders board took on the privilege of setting up the stations and executed for the players to complete in! Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful day to be out, God held off the rain and gave us a breezy overcast day … Our church’s first golf tournament in quite a while!

SComm Ladies Day 2023! The day started with a sharing from Erinn Grant Oxford of The Dale Ministries. Followed by small group sharing and more fellowship over delicious food. After lunch, we learned some hip hop moves before learning how to make Vietnamese spring rolls, empanadas and greeting cards! What a blessed day, well spent with our sisters!

April was a busy month with our Love in Action. We mobilized our small groups so almost every weekend we had groups go out and distribute bag lunches for the homeless in the GTA! We are blessed so we can be a blessing. Let’s continue to find ways to be Jesus’ hands and feet!

Easter weekend. Started with participating in the Stations of the Cross to anticipating Jesus making all things new through Hos death and resurrection!

Thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside The Dale today. Served hot food, distributed care packages as well as sleeping bags and takeaway sandwiches. Grateful for the volunteers who made this day happen.
