🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Faith, Friendship, and Adventure! 🌲✝️

This spring, the Sangre de Cristo FNE Group in Albuquerque, New Mexico marked a special milestone—10 years of forming young people in faith, leadership, service, and outdoor adventure.

It was a joy to celebrate alongside FNE Founder and Canadian General Commissioner Paul "Grey Wolf" Ritchi and Bishop Artur Bubnevych, who have been part of this journey since the group's earliest days.

What began with a handful of dedicated families has grown into a thriving brotherhood and sisterhood where young people learn to love God, serve others, build lasting friendships, and become everyday saints.

Here's to the next generation of Catholic leaders and the next 10 years of adventure! 🙏✨

A beautiful witness of faith, history, and service.

This Corpus Christi, FNE Peterborough had the honour of celebrating the 200th anniversary of the first official Mass in Peterborough, first celebrated in 1826.

From kneeling in adoration before Our Lord, to the re-dedication of the Christ the King statue originally erected for the diocese's 100th anniversary in 1926, to participating in the Corpus Christi procession alongside clergy and faithful from across the diocese, it was a memorable day of faith and gratitude.

We are grateful for the vibrant presence of FNE in Peterborough, where Timberwolves and Otters are growing in faith, character, leadership, and service through adventure, fellowship, and formation. As the Diocese of Peterborough celebrates 200 years of faith, we look forward to seeing future generations continue this legacy.

🌲🐾 What can a child discover when they step away from screens and into nature?

For our Timberwolves, a simple hike through Glen Rouge Park became an adventure filled with discovery, teamwork, and fun. Along the trail, they searched for clues in a scavenger hunt, spotted wildlife, explored Ontario's natural beauty, and created memories with friends.

One of our Timberwolves was so inspired by the outing that he wrote an article about the experience!

What a beautiful day for our FNE families!

Our Explorers and Timberwolves had the privilege of attending the Corpus Christi Mass at St. Michael's Cathedral Basilica, joining Cardinal Leo and everyone gathered at Mass celebrating the Real Presence of Jesus in the Eucharist.

These are the moments that shape a child's faith, standing together in prayer, witnessing the beauty of the Church, and learning that they belong to something greater than themselves.

Faith. Friendship. Adventure.
