As followers of Christ, growth is not optional, but it is expected. We are called not just to walk in His purpose, but to grow and mature spiritually.

Every trial we face is an opportunity to grow, because it pushes us to speak truth in love to ourselves, and to one another. As we speak truth in love, we don’t just survive the trials, but we grow and mature, becoming more like Jesus in every part of our lives.

“Speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of Him who is the head, that is, Christ.” Ephesians 4:15

YOUTH NIGHT RECAP

TRUST ISSUES? LET GOD HANDLE IT.

We all carry trust issues shaped by past hurts and disappointments.
It’s hard to fully trust people when they’ve let us down — but we don’t have to carry that same doubt toward God.

He never fails.
He never abandons.
He always keeps His promises.

Many people don’t come to Christ because they’ve been hurt by people, not because God is bad.
When humans fail us, it’s easy to doubt God too.

But God never fails (Deut. 31:6).
God never leaves (Heb. 13:5).
God always keeps His promises (Num. 23:19).

Even when the world disappoints us:
• His love is constant (Ps. 36:5)
• His plans are good (Jer. 29:11)
• He works all things for good (Rom. 8:28)

You don’t have to carry everything on your own.
Let God handle your life.
Let God handle your future.
Let God handle your heart.

Trust Him.
Rest in Him.
He will never let you down.

As a youth group, we’re choosing to trust God with everything. 🤍
