Our team was inspired in so many of the stories you shared and the impact you have for your community. Thank you for hosting our team last week!

Short term missions teams make a lasting impact here at Lost and Found International. We are grateful for all of the seed sown through this amazing team from The Peoples Church, Toronto. Thank you for your heart for the harvest!

When Natalie first felt God calling her to serve globally, she considered herself a “late bloomer.” But saying yes opened the door to a journey of faith, compassion and service, from Uganda and Greece to welcoming and caring for refugees here in Toronto.

“God was laying a burden on her heart that she needed to go.”

Natalie’s story reminds us that God can use our gifts, experiences and willingness at any stage of life. As disciples of Jesus, we are invited to join Him in what He is doing, wherever He leads.

Read Natalie’s story and discover how one step of faith can lead to a lifetime of serving others.

What does it look like to give Jesus everything?

Mary poured out something incredibly valuable at the feet of Jesus. It was extravagant, costly, and deeply personal, but for Mary, Jesus was worth it.

Her story invites us to examine our own hearts. Worship isn't only about what we sing. It's about what we're willing to surrender.

What might wholehearted worship look like in your life today?

Your generosity is helping make ministry possible.

This past Sunday, we celebrated how God has provided through the generosity of our church family and how those resources are helping fuel ministry at Peoples, across our city, and around the world.

As disciples of Jesus, generosity is one way we faithfully respond to what God has entrusted to us. Wherever you are in your journey of giving, we can each ask: What is God inviting me to do next?

Watch our full Family Moment for our year-end update and to see how your generosity is making a difference.

God knows our needs, meets us in our struggles, and hears us when we call. 💛

Meet Jon and Elaine Winter, serving with SEND International and caring for the spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being of global workers sharing the good news of Jesus across Asia.

As we begin worship, let’s reflect on Psalm 109:21–22 and rest in the steadfast love of our God who knows us and hears us. 🙏

We’re excited to welcome Morrissa Nicole as our new Worship Arts Pastor!

Morrissa may already be a familiar face to many at Peoples. Over the past few months, she has joined us as a guest worship leader, including the last two Sundays. Through that time, we’ve had the opportunity to experience her deep love for Jesus, her heart for people, and her desire to glorify God through worship and the creative arts.

Morrissa brings more than 15 years of experience leading worship in a variety of church communities. She is also a professionally trained vocalist and actress

(musical theatre/voiceover), as well as a gifted songwriter. At the heart of all she does is a desire to worship Jesus with her whole life and encourage others to do the same.

Morrissa officially joins our staff on October 11. In the weeks ahead, she’ll begin connecting with our Worship Arts community and working alongside Cheryl and Lisa.

We’re grateful for the way God continues to provide for our church, and we look forward to welcoming Morrissa into this new role at Peoples.

Following Jesus was never meant to be a Sunday-only faith.

Jesus invites us into a life of discipleship that shapes who we are, how we love, and the way we live every day.

Our homes. Our workplaces. Our neighbourhoods. Our conversations. They are all places where we can reflect Jesus and help others discover what it means to know Him.

Discipleship is a daily calling. How will you live it out this week?

“You’ve been faithful through every storm. You’ll be faithful forevermore.”

Looking back at what God has done gives us confidence to trust Him with what’s ahead. Through every season, His faithfulness remains and His promises never change.

So we worship with gratitude for what He has done and with expectation for what He will continue to do.

Join TPC Worship as we sing “Great Things” and celebrate the faithfulness of our God.

Take a moment to look back. What is one great thing God has done in your life that you can thank Him for today?

See a green shirt? You’ve found someone ready to help! 💚

Beginning this weekend, our TPC Kids and Youth volunteers will be wearing green volunteer shirts, making it easier for families and students to quickly recognize the people who are there to serve and support them.

It’s the first step in a larger Volunteer Identification Project that will eventually include photo ID lanyards for volunteers across Peoples.

It’s a simple change with an important purpose: helping everyone who comes to Peoples feel welcomed, cared for, and safe.

So this weekend, keep an eye out for the green shirts! 👋

What are you allowing to shape the way you think?

Every day, we're surrounded by voices competing for our attention and influencing how we see ourselves, others, and God.

Scripture invites us to something different: “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”

As we fill our minds with God's Word, His truth begins to reshape our thinking, our choices, and the way we live.

Make space for His Word today. Let His truth take root and transform you from the inside out.
