Kawad Yatra: HCF supports and organizes the Kawad Yatra, a pilgrimage where devotees carry the holy water of the Ganges to their local temples, symbolizing their devotion and commitment. Hindu New Year Celebration: We come together to celebrate the Hindu New Year, fostering a sense of renewal and unity within the community. We are heartbroken by the tragic and senseless murder of 22-year-old Vidhi Megha, a bright young student from Gujarat, who came to Canada with dreams and hope.
Our deepest condolences to her parents, family, and loved ones in India and here in Canada. No parent should ever have to receive such devastating news about their child studying abroad. May Vidhi’s soul rest in eternal peace and may Bhagwan give her family the strength to bear this unimaginable loss.
Hindu Canadian Foundation stands firmly with her family and the entire Indian student community. We urge the authorities to ensure swift and complete justice.
