We are a historical Pentecostal denomination formed in 1898, but our spiritual roots are in the Day of Pentecost when the believers in the upper room were filled with the Holy Spirit. As our name shows, we are also connected to the 19th century’s Holiness movement, with its emphasis on God’s power to enable His followers to live victoriously over sin. In brief, we believe in justification by faith

The 2026 IPHC General Conference concluded last night in Mobile Alabama marking a historic and inspiring moment in the life of our Church. We rejoice in the installation of Bishop Talmadge Gardner as General Superintendent and Bishop Terry Tramel as Assistant General Superintendent.

This was far more than a ceremony—it was a powerful reminder that God continues to faithfully lead His Church into a new season of ministry, unity, and purpose.

As we move forward together, please join in praying for our General Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, the Council of Bishops, our pastors, and our laity. May the Lord grant them wisdom, strength, discernment, and His abundant blessing as they faithfully lead and serve in the mission He has entrusted to His Church.

The International Pentecostal Holiness Church has elected Dr. Terry Tramel as the new Assistant General Superintendent.
Dr. Tramel brings decades of faithful ministry, leadership, and service to the IPHC. He currently serves as Director of Global Outreach and Leadership Development under World Missions Ministries, where he has invested in equipping leaders, strengthening the Church, and advancing the mission of the Gospel around the world.

He has also served faithfully as an IPHC evangelist and has dedicated years to preparing future leaders, including his time as a professor at Southwestern Christian University. Throughout his ministry, Dr. Tramel has demonstrated a passion for discipleship, leadership development, and seeing the Gospel advance both locally and globally.

He and his wife, Beckie, have faithfully served the Church through many seasons of ministry. As Dr. Tramel begins this new role, we ask the Holy Spirit to guide them with wisdom, strength, and grace as they help lead the IPHC into the future.

May God continue to use their faithful service to advance His Kingdom.

The International Pentecostal Holiness Church has elected Rev. Talmadge Gardner as its new General Superintendent.

Rev. Gardner brings decades of faithful leadership and service to the IPHC, having served in Christian Education, Evangelism USA, the General Superintendent's Office, Discipleship Ministries, and most recently as Executive Director of World Missions Ministries. The son of IPHC missionaries to South Africa, his lifelong commitment to the Gospel and the global mission of the Church has shaped his ministry for more than four decades.

As Rev. Gardner begins this new chapter of leadership, let us keep him, his wife Stephanie, and their family in our prayers, asking God to grant him wisdom, strength, and grace as he leads the IPHC into the future.

General Conference officially opened today in Mobile, Alabama.

The day began with the Parade of the Nations, a meaningful time of worship and communion, followed by Bishop Beacham’s State of the Church address. The conference then proceeded to the business of the Church.

The day concluded with a Ministry of the Word delivered by Bishop Beacham, who encouraged attendees to press on and not give up. A special reception was then held to express gratitude to Bishop Doug and Susan Beacham for their faithful leadership and dedicated service.

The opening day of General Conference was both full and encouraging.

What an honor and blessing it was to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of one of our Churches, Voice of God International Church, in Ottawa this weekend!

We were blessed by the powerful ministry of Bishop Ray and Alison Boggs from South Carolina and our presiding Bishop Rick Mootoo. God’s presence was evident throughout the services as lives were touched, hearts were encouraged, and His Word was proclaimed with power.

We thank God for all He has done in this Ethiopian church in the heart of our capital city, Ottawa. To God alone be all the glory!

The Ontario Conference met for breakfast on Saturday, June 27 and we were so graciously hosted by People's Worship Centre. The ministers and leaders enjoyed a round table and were reminded and encouraged to be the fragrant aroma of Christ (2 Corinthians 2:15). The praise reports of growth, especially among the youth & prayers for the neighbour and the nation as a whole filled the room.

Last weekend, from June 12-14, we were in Halifax for our 2026 Maritime Conference and it was a grand time!

The event started with a Friday night service in which Bishop Garry Bryant of IPHC EVUSA called the pastors, ministers and leaders back to the altar. The encouragement echoed throughout the weekend to pray and never give up (Luke 18:1).

On Saturday, the morning was filled with thanksgiving as Bishop Bryant conducted an intensive on grace gifts. After a fellowship lunch, ShareWord Global hosted a training seminar on evangelism.

Sunday culminated with the ordination of Pastors John and Heather Keating at Hope Centre Family Church. The day ended with the celebration of Lower Burlington Pentecostal Holiness Church’s 80th anniversary!

We praise the Lord God Almighty for His mighty move throughout the Maritimes and we are looking forward to what He has in store.

We spent the Pentecost weekend in Quebec: "The Pretty Province" and indeed had a beautiful time.

This conference was special for the PHCC because we celebrated being officially recognized by the Governement of Quebec as a denomination. The Lord has made a way and we are thankful!

We honour Pastor Dieudonne Binsalu, Pastor Pierre Mwamba and Pastor Roger Mpemudjir for their commitment and patience throughout this process.

We also welcomed and ordained Pastor Alphonse Ntihemuka, Pastor Joshua Agaba, Pastor Juvenal Dusabiyaremye and Pastor Yemba-Franck Embolo.

It was an honour to have Bishop Doug and Susan Beacham join us for and minister at this momentous occasion. We'd also like to thank Rev. Garry Conners for translating throughout the weekend and Pastor Dieudonne and Assemblée Chrétienne Bérée for hosting us.

To God be the glory and the honour for great things He has done, is doing and will do! We are excited to see what the Lord has in store for Quebec and the rest of Canada!

Nous avons passé le week-end de la Pentecôte au Québec, « la belle province », et nous y avons passé un temps merveilleux.

Cette conférence était spéciale pour l'Église de la Sainte-Pentecôte du Canada, car nous avons célébré notre reconnaissance officielle par le Directeur de l'État Civil. Le Seigneur a ouvert la voie et nous lui en sommes reconnaissants !

Nous rendons hommage aux pasteurs Dieudonné Binsalu, Pierre Mwamba et Roger Mpemudjir pour leur engagement et leur patience tout au long de ce processus.

Nous avons également accueilli et ordonné les pasteurs Alphonse Ntihemuka, Joshua Agaba, Juvenal Dusabiyaremye et Yemba-Franck Embolo.

Ce fut un honneur d'avoir parmi nous l'évêque Doug et Susan Beacham pour leur ministère lors de cette occasion mémorable. Nous remercions également le révérend Garry Conners pour la traduction durant tout le week-end, ainsi que le pasteur Dieudonné et l'Assemblée Chrétienne Bérée pour leur accueil.

À Dieu soient la gloire et l'honneur pour les grandes choses qu'il a faites, qu'il fait et qu'il fera ! Nous sommes impatients de voir ce que le Seigneur réserve au Québec et au reste du Canada!
