In Daniel 2:43, Daniel saw the image (statue) had feet of iron mixed with ceramic clay. This image is a prophetic timeline from Daniel's time all the way to the coming of Christ. We are in the days of the feet. The feet show us that in the world we're living in there will be authoritarian governments (iron) and democratic governments (clay). These will come to a complete end when the antichrist takes over and rules the world with absolute authority, eliminates all religion and worship besides for himself, and persecutes Christians and Jews.

In Canada yesterday we saw our democracy come closer to ending when the anti-Christian and anti-Jewish Liberal Party of Canada officially secured a parliamentary majority. The appearance of it, as the state media proclaimed, was democratic, but it was already unofficially secured over the past few months as the LPC poached MPs mainly from the Conservative Party.

A parliamentary majority will allow the Liberal Party to pass legislation unopposed, such as their anti-"hate speech" bill that will potentially criminalize quoting of certain Scripture that they deem hate speech.

In Canada, there is effectively no more democratic process since the people's vote has become irrelevant since MPs can be poached and the people are unable to make informed decisions as the major news organizations are now merely mouthpieces for the Liberal Party.

Pray for our King Jesus Christ to return quickly as the Stone from heaven (Daniel 2:34) to wipe out the governments of this earth and set up His government of righteousness, holiness, and justice.

(Daniel 2:44)
"And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever."

(Revelation 11:15)
"Then the seventh angel sounded: And there were loud voices in heaven saying, "The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"

For man, what's worse than sin is death (spiritual and physical). Christ came to not only to free us and wash us from sin, but to defeat death!

"I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death." Revelation 1:18

To have peace in the Middle East, particularly in Israel, the source of the terror must be eliminated first! The stage is being set for more prophecy to be fulfilled and Christ's return!

In 2 Chronicles 36 we see the Israelites being taken captive into Babylon by Nebuchadnezzar due to their rebellion against God. God warned them by His prophets because "He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place". 70 years later, however, God caused a remnant of them to return to Zion by stirring up the spirit of the Persian King Cyrus to rebuild the holy temple, the dwelling place of God.

We know that this is not just a historical event but also a description of today's world. In Revelation 17 and 18 we similarly see a spiritual Babylon and its destruction and in Revelation 21 we see a spiritual Zion, the New Jerusalem. God called His people out of Babylon in Revelation 18.

Babylon held God's people (the Jews) captive but life was relatively comfortable since they were not slaves like the ancestors in Egypt. Some of the Jews even held positions in government (eg., Daniel). They could even "worship" God at synagogues, which was never prescribed by God, although convenient.

In a similar way, Zion is represented in this age by the Church. It must be holy and without blemish since it's heavenly and not earthly. The majority of Christians are trapped in the Christian religious system that is based on human traditions, human methods, following and dependent of men, devoid of the Spirit and life, corrupt, and not teaching the scriptural truth. This is the modern-day Babylon.

One day, this will be judged as described in Revelation 18, and God is calling out His people to go back to Zion and rebuild the dwelling place of the Living God.
