This past weekend, the Bethlehem United Church of Canada had the extreme honour to present the inaugural recipients of the Orrain G. Simpson Every Praise Scholarship!

Help us congratulate Mikayla Davis of Regina (pictured: Janae Malcom), Oshin Seguin of Edmonton and Shalice Simpson of Edmonton!

If they ever tell you the church is dead…if they ever say people don’t gather…if they ever say God doesn’t move anymore…may Western District Convocation stand as a testament of what God did, does and will forever do.

You had to be there. We were changed for the better.
We’re not going back. Sure ain’t going down. We’re going higher.

On behalf of the Western District, WDC Digital and your ENTIRE Western District family, we take this short space to give you our heartfelt thanks. Western District Convocation would NOT be the same without you. (sounds like a cliché, but we promise we mean it!).
To our speakers, worship leaders, musicians, WDC Digital team members, ushers, hospitality team, kitchen members, and all who have either participated in service OR in worship with the Western District...we truly appreciate you.
