This is to prepare our hearts so that we can release any negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, and unproductive actions from the previous year from a place of wholeness and abundance.

For our Burning Bowl ceremony, kindly bring pen and paper (a whole bond paper). If safe, add candle, matches/lighter, and safe burning container (e.g., ceramic pot or can).
