With the abundant grace of God, St. Mary’s Malankara Orthodox Congregation, Thunder Bay joyfully announces the celebration of our Parish Perunnal, honouring the Feast of the Ascension of St. Mary (Shoonoyo Perunnal), on August 14th and 15th, 2026.

Under the spiritual leadership of our Vicar, Rev. Fr. Sijo John, we invite all our beloved parish members, families, friends, and well-wishers to join us in this blessed perunal.

The Parish Perunnal is a sacred and joyous occasion that brings us together as one parish family in prayer, worship, thanksgiving, and fellowship. Through Holy Qurbana, the Perunnal Procession, OVBS Valedictory Function, Nercha, and fellowship Lunch, may we renew our faith and experience the joy of coming together in the presence of God.

May this Parish Perunnal be a time of spiritual renewal, unity, fellowship, and abundant blessings for our entire parish community.
