📣 Help us spread the word! 📣
This program rescues food that would normally be sent to the landfill and instead helping food security in our community by filling tummies with food that is otherwise expensive.

With Cycles of Life and other community partners, The EcoMarket & Café will run on a weekly basis to offer excellent quality food and hygiene products. In the self-serve cafe you'll find hot coffee and a selection of baked goods to enjoy while you shop. Come on out this Thursday! 👋

The next Grief Workshop begins this week, September 18th. It's not too late to sign up. If you or someone you is grieving some sort of loss, please share this information with them.

There are more than 60 events that can create the range of human emotions called grief. A death, divorce, estrangements, loss of trust issues, financial changes, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and health issues head the list. Grief is a natural human response to loss. Whether the loss was recent or long ago, it may still be limiting your ability to participate fully in life and relationships.

The Edu-Therapy™ Grief Resolution Process, facilitated by Catherine Cannon, assists in the ultimate journey back to your heart and to the mainstream of your life. Edu-Therapy™ Grief Resolution is an easy to use model that reduces and eliminates intense uncomfortable emotional responses to loss, trauma, and abuse. We have had much success in teaching people how to reframe their thoughts and find joy again.

THIS SUNDAY! Embro Fair Church Service
September 14th at 10:00am
at the Embro Zorra Community Centre in the Community Hall

Westminster United will be closed and everyone is encouraged to visit the fair for the community service. Join us as the community gathers as one!

John 6:1-15 Bread & Fish for All!

The special guest is a speaker from Harvest Hands Canada and they will be telling us about their work saving good food from the landfill and getting it to local people who are in need.

If you are ONLY coming for the church service, please tell the people at the gate and you will not have to pay admission. If you are planning on staying after the service for the fair, we ask that you please pay admission. The admission fee is $15 for adults and $10 for youth 4-16.

Join us for a joyful day of outdoor worship, picnic, and square dancing! This family-friendly event welcomes everyone for a time of fun, food, and fellowship.

💃 Square dancing – no experience needed, just a willingness to have fun!
& a special appearance from Sr. Amnesia (if she remembers to show up 😉)
