The Vision of the Terrace Evangelical Free Church is to be a caring Biblical community where people experience life-changing hope, love, and acceptance. Mission Statement
We exist to introduce people to Jesus Christ and to help them become His committed followers. Core Values
The Bible is the infallible, inerrant Word of God in the original text, and therefore is the complete a
nd only authoritative standard for all Christian faith and life. We believe in unity in Christ Jesus as demonstrated by servant leadership, showing love, compassion, and commitment to one another. We believe that God loves all people, and therefore so should we, the church. We believe that while living in this world and within today's culture, we need to remain true to God's Word. Therefore we will maintain the same message that our Lord taught while changing the methods of delivery to retain cultural relevancy. We believe that each individual person is a critical part of the church, and therefore is worthy of our time and resources. We believe that prayer should be the cornerstone of all ministries; therefore we practice corporate and individual prayer. We believe that every good thing comes from and belongs to God; therefore we will practice Biblical stewardship with our time, talents, and treasures. We believe in Christ-centred discipleship, leadership, and accountability. Therefore, we will demonstrate Christ's love and care for one another by exhorting each other and encouraging mutual accountability within the church. We believe that every individual needs to establish a personal relationship with Christ; therefore, we will proclaim Christ and His love to our community and anywhere God leads us.
