Resilience is a quality that each one of us is capable of evoking not only within ourselves, but within others as well. As Dr. Michael Ungar reminds us, resilience extends beyond our individual attributes, and is equally dependent on the support that we receive from the people in our lives; building resilience is also a lifelong endeavor.
