This Sunday is Communion Sunday.

Kids Church is going to be EXTRA fun this Sunday! 🎉

We’re planning a special morning filled with games, activities and laughter, that your kids won’t want to miss!

From exciting challenges to hands-on fun, there’s something for every child to enjoy in a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled environment.

We believe kids can experience God in a real way while having an amazing time with friends!

We are a “portable church” which means we set up and tear down every single week.
We have so many great volunteers who give of their time to ensure a great church experience.
I love seeing the young people getting involved and joyfully helping.
A special shoutout to these young men who love God and love people.

We started a new series this week called Be Like Jesus.
Our first lesson was The fruit of the Spirit.

We started with a science experiment to see what things float vs what things sink.
We connected this to our lesson as we explored the importance of having the fruit of the spirit in our lives….or in the case of the experiment..air.

We declared God’s word over our lives and made story cubes( so they can tell the story to their friends and families) as we experienced God’s Big Story.
We made rap songs to our memory verse and performed them…very talented kids btw.

We ran out of time so kids took home playdough to create fruit to remind them of the fruit of the spirit.

I love the friendships that are made in Kids Church and how excited the kids are to see each other each week…the leaders too.

Next week is going to be “SUNDAY FUNDAY”. Lots of games and activities to review and revisit the lessons over the last month.

Well…the guys had fun this weekend at the Men’s Conference at the Christian Fellowship Church in New Glasgow.
Pastor Mark tried his best ….at least he had fun…lol.
A big thanks to Pastor Jeff and the team for bringing men together from all over.
We love the Christian Fellowship Church in New Glasgow and look forward to many more connections.
