There may be times that we forget how much God loves us. Even when we do forget, God reminds us of His love. Jeremiah 31:3 says, “I have loved you with an everlasting love; I have drawn you with unfailing kindness.” Even when we feel like we don’t measure up or we feel unlovable, God is always there. He is faithful to bring us back to Himself. Take a moment and thank God for His love.

In our Think Again series, we will discover that when we wander from God to do things our way, still, God is faithful. He invites us to repent—to think again—about our sinful choices, to think again about who He is. It’s a pattern God’s people know well. And every time they wander, God invites His people to think again. And every time, He is faithful.

A breath prayer is a word or phrase to repeat in a single breath with one part on the inhale and the other part on the exhale. Breath prayers help us focus on God and His presence with us. Try this together as a family.

Inhale: God, You always …
Exhale: invite me back.

God delights in showing us love. He does not stay angry. God is faithful even when we are not. Read 2 Timothy 2:13. Even when we wander, God invites us back. What a gift! We can turn back around and start again. So what is God inviting you to do?
