The Lord Our Righteousness.

Our righteousness was never found in our own strength, our good works, or our ability to get everything right. It is found in Him.

Jesus is our righteousness. In Him, we are made new, restored, and brought into right standing with the Father. We no longer have to strive to earn what His grace has already made available to us.

Our confidence is not in who we are, but in who He is.

Jehovah Tsidkenu, the Lord Our Righteousness.

“…and this is the name by which he will be called: ‘The LORD is our righteousness.’” Jeremiah 23:6

One door. 100% restoration. All it takes is one encounter with God to change everything. What was broken can be made whole, what was lost can be restored, and what seemed impossible can be made new.
Come expectant. Come ready. God is still in the business of restoration

We’ve fallen in love with atmosphere.

The lights.
The music.
The production.
The experience.

And honestly, churches can create an incredible atmosphere. But somewhere along the way, we started confusing atmosphere with His presence.

A great atmosphere can be created.
You can walk into a Louis Vuitton store and feel something.
You can eat at a high end restaurant and feel something.

But an atmosphere isn’t the same thing as the presence of God.

The challenge is learning to recognize God when there’s no aesthetic to support the moment.

No lights.
No perfect song.
No goosebumps.
No production.

Just Him.

Maybe that’s why there’s something so powerful about the joy we see in places where people have learned to find His presence without the aesthetic.

You’ll never mistake the aesthetic for His reality when you’ve learned to recognize His presence.

Where’s God? Where’s God in all of this?

Sometimes we’re so busy looking for evidence of God around us that we miss what He’s already doing within us.

We want the new opportunity, the breakthrough, the money, the confirmation, the obvious sign that makes us say, “Look at God.”

But what if God is less concerned with proving Himself through circumstances and more concerned with changing you through them?

A new heart.
New eyes.
A new perspective.

And maybe that’s the evidence.

Because if we’re constantly looking for something external to validate what God is doing, we can become so skeptical that we miss what’s happening right in front of us.

Not every good thing is automatically God.
Not every unexpected blessing is a miracle.
And not every closed door means God is saying no.

Sometimes the question isn’t “Where is God?”

Maybe it’s “Where am I looking?”

Elder Brett brought out a convicting on time word! Preaching the gospel in everyday ways to the people we love most is EVERYONES responsibility as a believer in Christ. This word was encouraging to the ones nervous to share their faith and convicting to the ones not taking it serious. Check it out on our Spotify or YouTube!
