There comes a moment in labour when many women say, “I can’t do this anymore.”

Ironically, that’s often the point of no return.

The moment you feel like giving up is usually the moment you’re closer than you’ve ever been. Closer to meeting your baby. Closer to the breakthrough. Closer to the finish line.

So if you’re in that place, take hope.

Your exhaustion doesn’t mean you’re failing.
Your fear doesn’t mean you’re not strong enough.
Your tears don’t mean you’re not capable.

Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is the final stretch before something beautiful is born.

Hold on. You’re closer than you think.

Who you choose as your labour room partner matters.

They will see you at your most vulnerable, most exhausted, and most exposed. They’ll witness your strength, your fear, your tears, your prayers, and the moments when you feel like you have nothing left to give.

In one of the most life-changing moments you’ll ever experience, the person beside you shouldn’t just be there to watch. They should be there to support, encourage, advocate, and remind you of your strength when you forget it yourself.

Choose someone who can carry peace into the room, not just their presence.

The promise has life even before you know it’s there.

Just because you can’t see it yet doesn’t mean God isn’t already working beneath the surface. Every promise He speaks carries purpose, power, and life from the moment it’s given.

What feels delayed to us is often development in God’s timing. Keep trusting. Keep believing. Keep showing up.

The seed doesn’t stop growing just because it’s hidden underground.

God is faithful to finish what He started.
