Lord, take me deeper!

This Sunday, we continued our Apostolic Prayers series with Paul’s prayer in Ephesians 3 — a bold prayer that the gospel would move from information in our heads to a living reality deep in our hearts.

Paul prays that we would be strengthened by the Holy Spirit, that Christ would dwell in every room of our hearts, and that we would know the love of Jesus in a way that changes everything!

There is more of His love to receive.
There is more of His presence to experience.
There is more of Jesus for us to surrender to.

When you’re waiting for the promise, waiting for the breakthrough, waiting for the light to shine in the dark… keep on thanking!

You may not be able to control what’s happening around you, but you can still step into His presence with thanksgiving.

Christ-centered friendships see, protect, and show up!

This Sunday, David Balandy wrapped up our Running With Giants series by looking at the friendship of Jonathan and David — a friendship marked by sacrifice, loyalty, and love.

Jonathan saw the call of God on David’s life, protected him when it cost him, and showed up to strengthen him in God when David was in the pit.

What a beautiful picture of Jesus — the One who came near, laid Himself down, and calls us friends!
