Did you miss Pastor Dumitru’s sermon last Sabbath?

Jesus’ words in the Beatitudes remind us that the life He calls blessed isn’t loud or impressive—it’s honest, surrendered, and deeply dependent on Him.

“Blessed are the poor in spirit…

We were so happy to officially welcome Pastor Elvis Dumitru and his family, Sister Xenia and Reinhart, on April 4, 2026.

The installation service was led by the BC Conference through Pastor Alrick Watson. Pastor Dumitru shared the children’s story and an inspiring message during the Divine Service.

Following the service, we enjoyed a fellowship lunch and an afternoon program where we had the opportunity to get to know their family and present them with a welcome basket.

We’re grateful to have you with us and look forward to what God has in store for our church family.

We’re encouraged by the dedication of our Surrey Tigers Pathfinders (“Bible Divers”) over these past months.

They’ve been studying the book of Isaiah with focus, discipline, and a sincere desire to understand God’s Word more deeply.

This weekend they participated at the Conference level of the Pathfinder Bible Experience and will be continuing on to the Union level next — not simply as an event, but as part of their journey of learning and growing in faith.

We’re grateful for their commitment to Scripture and for the Surrey SDA Church Pathfinder leaders, as well as the family and friends who support them along the way.

He’s already there—preparing the way, steadying your steps, and walking beside you.
