The opening lines reminded me of the story of …Samson…who had his hair cut by Delilah. Makes the cutting of Indigenous children’s hair by Christians all the more shocking.

🌱 Embracing the Truth: Reconnecting with Our Roots 🌱

In the pursuit of knowledge, we often stumble upon harsh truths that have been hidden for far too long. Today, let's discuss one of these brutal tactics employed during colonization: the cutting of our hair and the suppression of our languages. Our hair is more than just strands; it's a symbol of our power and a source of spiritual balance. We grow our hair to honour our ancestors who walked before us.

We are no longer victims; we are here to make positive change! 💪

🌟 Supporting First Nations Business 🌟

Now, let's focus on the present and the future. We have the power to support and uplift our Indigenous communities through their businesses. By doing so, we are helping to restore the strength and resilience that has been passed down through generations.

🌾 Benefits of Supporting First Nations Business 🌾

1️⃣ Empowerment: By supporting First Nations businesses, you empower them to thrive and preserve their cultures and traditions.

2️⃣ Economic Growth: Your support contributes to the economic growth of Indigenous communities, creating opportunities for education, employment, and entrepreneurship.

3️⃣ Cultural Preservation: First Nations businesses often incorporate traditional knowledge and craftsmanship, preserving their unique cultures.

4️⃣ Community Building: You become part of a community that values diversity and promotes inclusivity.

For a limited time, we're offering a 20% discount at http://Mitsoh.com to encourage you to be a part of this important journey. Let's stand together and be the change we want to see in the world.

Let's celebrate our roots, empower our communities, and honour our ancestors. 🙌

The Survivors’ Flag is an expression of remembrance, meant to honour residential school Survivors and all the lives and communities impacted by the residential school system in Canada. Each element depicted on the flag was carefully selected by Survivors from across Canada, who were consulted in the flag’s creation.

The python suffocated the King Cobra while the king cobra bit it. Both snakes died, one from asphyxiation and the other from the venom.

And that is how people destroy each other. Friendships end, relationships end, and families end up decimating themselves because one always wants to be better than the other.

Some "smothering" people with their ego of superiority, others end up poisoning with gossip, envy, and deceit until they destroy each other.

Choose love, compassion, loyalty and honesty 🙏🏿
