LAST ONE BEFORE SUMMER BREAK!
Come join us this Tuesday for Deep Tissue
Stretching Class at the Andreou Heritage Hall! This
session will focus on beginner-friendly stretching and
mindfulness, and will run for approximately one hour.
All levels are welcome.
Please bring your mat, a water bottle, and wear
comfortable clothing you can stretch in. If you have any

Join our host, counsellor Maria Sideris, for an inspiring afternoon of creativity, relaxation, and fun as she guides you through designing your own Purposeful Living Mood Board.

For $35, all materials are included— just bring an 8x10 (or larger) picture frame to complete your creation. Enjoy coffee and treats while you connect, reflect, and create a welcoming atmosphere together.
