The deepest problem in a person’s life is not anxiety, emptiness, or success.
The deepest problem is separation from God because of sin.

But Scripture says:
“Since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Peace with God is not something we create.
It is something Christ accomplished.

03/25/2026

Paul calls it the gospel of peace because this one true gospel does more than forgive sinners.
It reconciles them.

It removes enmity.
It ends hostility.
It brings the far off near.
It creates a reconciled people in Christ.

Some people stand on emotion.
Some stand on performance.
Some stand on reputation.
Some stand on spiritual activity.

But none of those can hold you in battle.

The gospel gives firm footing because it is built on what Christ has done, not what we have done.

This week we continue our series on the Armor of God with a powerful truth from Ephesians 6:15:
The Shoes of the Gospel of Peace.

In the middle of spiritual warfare, Paul points us to peace.
Why? Because believers do not fight to earn peace with God.
We stand in peace already made through Jesus Christ.

Come ready to hear the Word, be anchored in the gospel, and stand firm in Christ.

If the enemy cannot trap you with deception, he will try to crush you with accusation. But the gospel answers back.

The enemy doesn’t just attack your thoughts.

He comes for your heart too—
your desires, your confidence, your identity.
