فتح باب التسجيل للكفالة الكنسية لعام ٢٠٢٧

أعزاءنا أبناء كنيسة مار بهنام – تورونتو؛ كنيسة مار متى – وندزور؛ كنيسة مار مرقس ومار مينا – هاملتون؛ ..
كنيسة مريم العذراء – فانكوفر:

يسرّنا أن نعلن عن استمرار التعاون بين مكتب شؤون اللاجئين في أبرشية تورونتو (ORAT) والكنائس السريانية الأرثوذكسية المذكورة أعلاه. يأتي هذا التعاون في إطار عملية تقديم طلبات الكفالة الكنسية لعام ٢٠٢٧، ويهدف إلى دعم أبناء هذه الكنائس الراغبين في كفالة أقاربهم المحتاجين إلى إعادة التوطين في كندا بصفتهم لاجئين.

سيُعقد لقاء تعريفي عبر الإنترنت بعنوان «مقدمة عن إعادة التوطين»، وهو مخصّص لأبناء الرعية النشطين في الكنائس المذكورة أعلاه. وسيُبلَّغ الأشخاص المسجّلون بموعد الجلسة في وقت لاحق، علمًا أن حضور الجلسة التعريفية إلزامي.

على الراغبين في التسجيل مراجعة أحد أعضاء لجنة الهجرة في كنيسة مار بهنام للسريان الأرثوذكس، أو مراسلة اللجنة عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] للحصول على رابط التسجيل.

يبدأ التسجيل عبر الرابط الذي يوفّره أعضاء لجنة الهجرة في كنيسة مار بهنام، اعتبارًا من يوم الإثنين الموافق ١٩ /١٠ /٢٠٢٦، في تمام الساعة ١٢:٠١ بعد منتصف الليل، ولغاية يوم الإثنين الموافق ٢/ ١١ /٢٠٢٦، الساعة ١١:٥٩ مساءً.

يرجى مشاركة هذا الإعلان مع أبناء الرعية النشطين في الكنائس المذكورة أعلاه وعدم إرساله إلى أشخاص ليسوا أعضاء نشطين في هذه الكنائس.

نظرًا إلى محدودية الحصة المخصّصة لمكتب ORAT من قِبل وزارة الهجرة الكندية، قد لا يكون بالإمكان قبول جميع المسجّلين لحضور الجلسة التعريفية.

وسيتم اختيار المشاركين، وإرسال إشعارات ودعوات عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى الأشخاص الذين يقع عليهم الاختيار فقط.

Registration Now Open for the 2027 Church Sponsorship Program

Dear parishioners of St. Behnam Church – Toronto, St. Matthew Church – Windsor, St. Mark and St. Mina Church – Hamilton, and St. Mary Church – Vancouver,

We are pleased to announce the continuation of the collaboration between the Office for Refugee Affairs of the Archdiocese of Toronto (ORAT) and the Syriac Orthodox churches listed above. This collaboration is part of the 2027 Church Sponsorship Application Process and aims to support members of these churches who wish to sponsor relatives in need of resettlement in Canada as refugees.

An online information session entitled “Introduction to Resettlement” will be held for active parishioners of the above-mentioned churches. Registered applicants will be notified of the session date at a later time.

Please note that attendance at this information session is mandatory.

Those interested in registering must contact a member of the Immigration Committee at St. Behnam Syriac Orthodox Church by sending an email to [email protected] to obtain the registration link.

Registration through the link provided by members of the Immigration Committee at St. Behnam Church will open on Monday, October 19, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. and close on Monday, November 2, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Please share this announcement with active parishioners of the above-mentioned churches only. Kindly refrain from forwarding it to individuals who are not active members of these churches.

Due to the limited number of applications allocated to ORAT by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), it may not be possible to accommodate all registrants for the information session.

Participants will be selected, and email notifications and invitations will be sent only to those who are selected.

*عيد الشكر - كيف نشكر الرب يسوع في حياتنا؟*

*"اشكروا في كل شيء، لأن هذه هي مشيئة الله في المسيح يسوع من جهتكم" (١ تسالونيكي ٥: ١٨)*

احبائي المباركون ..
عيد الشكر ليس فقط يوم نأكل فيه الديك الرومي، عيد الشكر هو طريقة حياة. كيف نشكر يسوع كل يوم؟

*١- بالصلاة اليومية:* الشكر الحقيقي يبدأ عندما نركع ونقول: أشكرك يا رب ليس لأنك أعطيتني ما أريد، بل لأنك معي في كل الظروف. الذي لا يشكر في الصلاة، لا يعرف أن يشكر في الحياة.

*٢- بالرضا والقناعة:* أن تقول من قلبك "أشكرك يا رب على القليل والكثير". الشخص الشاكر يرى بركة الله حتى في التجربة والمرض والضيق.

*٣- بخدمة الآخرين:* أجمل شكر ليسوع هو عندما تطعم جائعاً، تزور مريضاً، وتساعد محتاجاً. قال الرب: "بما أنكم فعلتموه بأحد إخوتي هؤلاء الأصاغر فبي فعلتم" (متى ٢٥: ٤٠).

*٤- بالمشاركة في القداس:* لا يوجد شكر أعظم من أن نحضر إلى بيت الله يوم الأحد ونشترك في ذبيحة الشكر - القداس الإلهي. كلمة إفخارستيا معناها شكر.

*٥- بشهادة الحياة:* عندما يعيش الناس حولك ويرون سلامك وفرحك رغم المشاكل، سيسألونك عن السر، فتقول: يسوع في حياتي.

*خلاصة:* لا تشكر الرب فقط بالكلام، اشكره بالعمل، بالمحبة، وبقلب متواضع.

My beloved children,
Thanksgiving is not just a day to eat turkey. Thanksgiving is a way of life. How do we thank Jesus every day?

*1- By Daily Prayer:* True thanksgiving begins when we kneel and say: Thank you, Lord, not because you gave me what I want, but because you are with me in every circumstance. He who does not thank in prayer, does not know how to thank in life.

*2- By Contentment:* Saying from your heart "Thank you Lord for the little and the much." A thankful person sees God's blessing even in trials, sickness, and hardship.

*3- By Serving Others:* The most beautiful thanks to Jesus is when you feed the hungry, visit the sick, and help the needy. The Lord said: "Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me" (Matthew 25:40).

*4- By Participating in the Liturgy:* There is no greater thanksgiving than coming to the house of God on Sunday and sharing in the sacrifice of thanksgiving - the Divine Liturgy. The word Eucharist means Thanksgiving.

*5- By the Witness of Life:* When people around you see your peace and joy despite problems, they will ask you about the secret, and you will say: Jesus is in my life.

*Conclusion:* Do not thank the Lord only with words, thank Him with deeds, with love, and with a humble heart.

أشكروا الرب لأنه صالح، لأن إلى الأبد رحمته.
*Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; His mercy endures forever.*

وكل عيد شكر وأنتم مباركون.

شبابنا الأحباء، الكنيسة هي بيتنا، والشبيبة هي عائلتنا.
ندعو كل شاب وشابة ليكونوا جزءًا من مسيرة شبيبتنا، لنلتقي، نشارك أفكارنا ومواهبنا، وننمو معًا في الإيمان والمحبة وخدمة الرب.

*المرحوم الياس خضر افريم البناء* الذي انتقل بعد معاناة طويلة مع المرض تحمله بصبر وايمان ..انتقل من هذه الحياة الفانية إلى السماء .. ‏مساء الأربعاء الموافق 16 أيلول ٢٠٢٦ متمماً واجباته الدينية.

زوجته: جنبد سعيد حنا الأسود
بناته: ريم، ريا، وحلا

نصلي أن يشمله الرب يسوع برحمته الواسعة وان يحصه مع الأبرار والقديسين، في فردوس النعيم .. وينعم على زوجته وبناته وأقربائه ومحبيه نعمة الصبر والسلوان ..
