We love hearing how God is using discipleship training to encourage, challenge, and equip His people around the world.

The testimonies coming in remind us that this is more than a training event, it’s the beginning of a movement of disciple-makers!

🇷🇼 Rwanda: “I believe this training is only the beginning of what God wants to do in Rwanda. We are praying that the teaching on discipleship will continue to spread and that many more servants of God will be equipped to make disciples.”

🇳🇵 Nepal: “Many expressed how the lessons had challenged and encouraged them in their personal lives and ministries. They shared that the training gave them a clearer understanding of discipleship and helped them see the importance of intentionally investing in the spiritual growth of others.”

🇹🇿 Tanzania: “We are grateful to God for what He is doing and for your support. We believe this is the beginning of something greater in Tanzania. We are ready to work together and see disciple-making expanded to many more people and communities. God bless you abundantly for standing with us.”

Thank you for praying, giving, and standing with us as God raises up disciple-makers across nations. What begins with one training can multiply into changed lives, transformed communities, and generations of disciples.

🌱 The work is growing. The message is spreading. And God is getting the glory!

🌱 Every seed contains what it needs to grow. But every gardener knows that the right care—watering, feeding, protecting and nurturing—can help that seed flourish and produce abundantly.

The same is true in disciple-making.

God has placed within every person the capacity to worship. A disciple-maker sees the potential God has placed in others, helps redirect their worship toward the Creator, and patiently nurtures new believers as they grow into mature disciples who can reproduce the process in someone else.

🙌 We are celebrating a wonderful answer to prayer!

A faithful supporter has generously provided the funds needed to set up a printing center in Tanzania. This will allow discipleship training materials and books to be printed locally and made available to equip more believers to become disciple-makers.

What an incredible provision! Instead of simply meeting a need today, this gift will help provide resources for many future discipleship opportunities.

What happens when someone discovers that discipleship is not simply about growing as a believer, but about helping others grow too?

For one resident of Gairy, Nawalpur, Nepal, and a one-day Discipleship Ministry Training attendee, his eyes were opened to the importance of disciple-making and gave him practical tools to apply in his own ministry.

He shares:

"I had the privilege of attending this one-day Discipleship Ministry Training, and it was a great blessing to me. I truly enjoyed every lesson that was taught during the training.

This was my first time attending a discipleship training program. Before it began, I was wondering what would be taught and what the training would be like. I felt a little nervous, but by the grace of God, I was able to attend all the sessions, complete every lesson, and experience something truly meaningful. The training exceeded my expectations and encouraged me greatly.

I am very thankful to God and to the trainer for bringing this valuable training to our church and teaching us with such clarity and dedication. I learned many important truths about discipleship and disciple-making. I realized how essential this ministry is for the growth of the church and for helping believers become mature followers of Christ.

This training also taught me how to do ministry more systematically and biblically. I learned practical methods and strategies for sharing the Gospel, nurturing new believers, and helping them grow in the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. I am committed to applying these principles in my own life and ministry so that more people may come to know Christ.

My prayer is that God will use me as a faithful disciple-maker. I desire to lead new believers to Christ, help them grow spiritually, and disciple them according to the teachings and example of Jesus Christ."

🌍 May this prayer become a reality as God uses faithful disciple-makers in Nepal and around the world!

❤️ What if God is already working in the hearts of young people before we ever arrive?

The teenage years can be challenging, but they can also be a time when young people encounter God in powerful and unexpected ways. From student worship gatherings to young people choosing to follow Jesus, we are reminded that the Holy Spirit is not limited by age, circumstances, or structures.

As disciple-makers, we need to remember that the Spirit of Christ is always many steps ahead of us. He is already at work, preparing hearts and drawing people to Himself. Our role is to join Him in that work and help new disciples grow into disciple-makers themselves.

🇿🇼 A Testimony from Zimbabwe

She arrived at a recent F4L Discipleship Workshop feeling tired and carrying the burdens of ministry. But God met her there, and what happened next is a beautiful reminder of the power of being equipped for discipleship.

She shared that the sessions on identity in Christ, forgiveness, and making disciples who make disciples deeply impacted her.

“I am leaving with fresh fire, practical tools, and a new burden to raise healthy disciples in my church and community.”

🙌 What encouragement! We praise God for renewed hearts, practical training, and leaders who are ready to take what they’ve learned and invest it in others.

One disciple-making life can impact many more.

🙏 Please pray for this leader and others in Zimbabwe as they put their training into action and make disciples who make disciples.

🌍 We’re celebrating what God is doing through discipleship training in Rwanda and Cameroon!

🇷🇼 Rwanda: Another successful discipleship training event has taken place, and we’re already anticipating the testimonies that will come from those who participated. Stay tuned! We can’t wait to share what God does next.

🇨🇲 Cameroon: Over 150 people gathered for one of the largest training sessions yet! Bishop Roi Nabath Paul shared, “I see Cameroon rising up for a great spiritual revival.”

What an encouragement to see believers being equipped to make disciples and carry the Good News into their communities. Thank you to everyone who faithfully prays and supports this ministry.

We’re excited to share some wonderful news from Kenya!

The State Department for Correctional Services has officially invited Foundations for Living to conduct a discipleship training event for prison chaplains in November!

What an incredible opportunity to equip those who are serving Jesus within Kenya’s correctional facilities. We’re grateful to see God opening doors and creating opportunities to make disciples in places where the need is great.
