Two governors, one king, and an apostle walk into a room... might sound like the beginnings of a comedy sketch. But the setting of Acts 24-26 is anything but comedic.

Over the course of these three chapters, we find Paul—who was under arrest in Caesarea—being brought before Governor Felix, then Governor Festus, and finally King Agrippa. The charges are serious, and the courtroom drama is about to unfold. But as Paul defends himself, we discover who and what is really on trial.

Join us this Sunday at 10 AM as we step into the courtroom with Paul, two governors, and one king—and discover what happens when the gospel of the risen Jesus takes the stand.

Paul knew returning to Jerusalem would lead to his arrest, yet he went in obedient faith. Though he sought to not cause any trouble, he ended up facing false accusations, unfounded suspicions, and violent crowds.

Yet in the midst of the chaos, God used every part of Paul's life—his background, his testimony, his wisdom, and even his Roman citizenship—to advance the gospel. When all seemed uncertain, the Lord met Paul with a promise: he would testify for Christ in Rome. Join us this Sunday @ 10AM as we see how God works through opposition to accomplish His greater purposes.

As Paul wraps up his third missionary journey, he stops to visit fellow believers along the way. Again and again, Spirit-filled followers urge him not to go to Jerusalem because they know suffering awaits him. Yet Paul is just as convinced that the Holy Spirit is calling him to go anyway.

So, what's happening? How can faithful followers of Jesus seem to hear different messages from the same Spirit? And what does this teach us about listening to God and discerning together in community? Join us this coming Sunday @ 10 AM as Pastor Bob delves into the first half of Acts chapter 21.

Even though good-byes can be hard, the Apostle Paul shows us that they can also provide a beautiful opportunity to reflect on the past in order to move intentionally and successfully into the future Jesus has for us.

This will be Pastor Wally's final message as our Interim Pastor. So, we will be experiencing a hard good-bye with him and Sylvia moving on to what God has for them next. But the word good-bye originally comes from the phrase, "God be with ye." So, in that sense, we wish them well, and as they say in German (Aufwiedersehn), "until we see each other again."

Come prepared to celebrate Jesus, and wish the Nickels all of the best that God has planned for them in their next chapter.

Is God trustworthy? And if he is, am I willing to put my trust in him? The Bible says that people who trust in God will experience ongoing peace as they rely on him in the midst of life's anxieties and uncertainties. So, we have a choice between peace or panic. Which will it be for you? Join us this Sunday at 10 AM as we explore the account found in Acts 19.

Christians cannot be partially saved any more than someone can be partially pregnant. Either you have salvation in Jesus alone and you have the Holy Spirit living fully within you or you don't. So seek Jesus fully. Serve him fully as the Holy Spirit gifts you. And give God all the glory. Join us this Sunday at 10 AM as Pastor Wally takes us through this message on "The Full Gospel."

This Sunday, we will be looking at Paul's time in Athens from Acts 17:16–34 and his speech before the Athenian Areopagus. Within this passage, Paul paints a stark contrast between the gods of the world and the God of heaven. In his speech, Paul argues that God is a different kind of deity, whose favour is not based on appeasement or our devotion, but on His genuine love for His creation. Join us as Andrew R. delivers the message to us this Sunday at 10 AM!

Join us this Sunday for our Sharing and Communion Sunday. This is your opportunity to come and share what God is doing in your life or share a prayer request that we as a church family can pray with you for. After the sharing time we will also celebrate communion together, so we invite you to prepare your heart to participate in this well.
