☀️VBS REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!☀️

Summerland Baptist Church is excited to offer two incredible VBS experiences this summer for children entering Grades 1–6 this fall! (If your child is currently in Kindergarten they are welcome to participate)

✨ Illumination Station VBS (July 27–30)
Kids will discover the light and love of Jesus through engaging Bible stories, worship, games, crafts, and hands-on activities. Together, we'll learn how God's truth shines in our lives and how we can share His light with others.

⚽ MEGA Sports Camp: Mission Cup VBS (August 17–20)
Through sports, games, music, and team activities, kids will discover that God has created them with purpose. They'll build friendships, grow in confidence, and learn what it means to follow Jesus together.

🕘 Both camps run from 9:00am–3:00pm daily
💲 $100 per child, per week

Whether your child loves sports, crafts, games, music, or making new friends, there is a place for them at VBS this summer!

Youth Mental Health Seminar for Parents

Over the past few years, mental health struggles have been increasing around the world, especially among middle and high school students. Here in Summerland, we’re seeing this reality in our own community as well.

We want to come alongside parents with encouragement, insight, and practical tools.

Join us on Sunday, May 3rd at 5:00 PM at Summerland Baptist Church for an important seminar led by Pastor Philip Collins, a registered counsellor with Stillwaters Counselling and pastor at Willow Park Church (Kelowna).

Pastor Philip will speak into:
• The causes behind rising mental health struggles in youth
• Practical ways to support teens dealing with anxiety and stress

This is a valuable opportunity to better understand and support the young people in your life.

All parents and caregivers are welcome whether you attend SBC or not, this free event is open to the entire community! We hope you can join us.

Registration for SBC Kids Preschool opens March 1st!

For over 20 years SBC Kids Preschool has been serving children and families in our community.

On March 1st registration opens for our 2026/2027 class for children who are 4 years old (born in 2022) and entering Kindergarten the following year. Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am–12:00pm, September 14, 2026 to June 11, 2027.

🌟 Tumble Time is Back! 🌟

We’re so excited to kick off another season of Tumble Time starting Monday, October 6th! 🎉

👉 When: Monday & Tuesday mornings, 9:30–11:30am
👉 Who: Children (ages 5 & under) with a parent, caregiver, or grandparent

Tumble Time is all about FUN and CONNECTION! Your little ones can run, tumble, ride, roll, swing, climb, and build with a huge variety of gym toys and equipment. We’ll also gather for circle time with songs, stories, and parent & child activities.

☕ Snacks and coffee are provided—because playtime is for parents too!
