In our time together, we value quiet reflection and we celebrate the noisy, exuberant presence of children. We are a place of celebration, yet we offer a place of stillness and contemplation in a sometimes frantic and chaotic world. We come together in worship to give thanks for all God's gifts of love. We draw on the stories and symbols of our Christian tradition to seek wisdom, to find a sense o

f meaning and purpose, and to encounter the good news of God's presence in our lives. Your questions are welcome here, and feelings of the heart are shared and honored, We offer fun and meaningful learning time during worship and in our Sunday School. All of us here are constantly learning together. Wherever you are in life's journey, you are welcome here. We won't overwhelm you with questions and directions. Warms smiles and open faces reflect our joy that you've come. We are here to welcome and honor you!

You are cordially invited to the Coronado Gibbons United Church Paper Bag Pageant. This year's Christmas pageant is called "Once Upon a Manger" and it is guaranteed to get you in the Christmas spirit. Our pageant calls for audience participation --- so expect joy and laughter as we retell the story of Jesus' birth! Following the service we will be hosting a community potluck. All are welcome to join in the wonderful of this treasured holiday tradition. We hope to see you Sunday, December 14th for food, fellowship, and the festivities
