We as Fellows, are emerging independently, all over the world, as a response to the age of disruption we are in — and we are here to be seen and heard for the work we are doing to steward humanity into “the more beautiful world our hearts know is possible”
8th Flame Fellowship International Ministries exists to recognize, not convert: it has been called into formation to act as a spiritual covering for the pulses being discerned, without dictating the nature of the impulse or action that follows. We are not a project with a deliverable — we are a living Fellowship, already active, recognizing those who foster healing (of people, relationships, systems & planet) AS a sacred Ministerial Capability; and to facilitate the collective stewarding of spaces so crucially needed for humanity to cohere with “the whole of Life” - both on this planet, and with the cosmos. Grounded in 35 years of conversational practice through WINfinity.world, independently evaluated across multiple cohorts — we govern as the verb, not the noun. Kairotic Flow reads Life's own Phase-signals; Matrixing replaces vote and hierarchy with discernment and consent. Together, these lenses and practices combine to declare Phase-Oriented Governance — an alternative to the traditional models (episcopal, presbyterian, congregational) that have defined institutional authority for centuries. We believe humanity is at a genuine inflection point — what many traditions, across very different lineages, have independently described as a moment of real choice. As such, we are here to assist people to navigate that choice well, without needing centralized control to do it. FOOTNOTE: UCM Alberta (the corporate entity) has been legally recognized by Alberta Vital Statistics as of February 2022, after previously demonstrating 10 years of pastoral activity on Canadian soil (from 2010-2020). We currently have 3 sanctioned Reverends in good standing to meet the needs of Albertans, and 3-4 Ministerial Candidates on the roster, who have expressed a desire to explore what pursuing Ministerial Status might mean for them in 2027 and beyond, and welcome inquiries from all backgrounds, in an ongoing fashion.
