This community was created to connect, support, and celebrate the members and friends connected to our church. So far this group has been very informal, but considering how the times are vastly changing with COVID-19 and online church, we decided to list a few guidelines to help us to continue to build a church community. We encourage you to:
1. Share uplifting stories or any type of content tha
t can help to build the faith of your fellow community members. Please note that any content shared should be aligned with the ethos of the Free Methodist Church. You can find more information about our beliefs here: https://www.fmcic.ca/our-ethos/articles-of-religion/
2. Ask faith questions, seek advice, support, and prayer for the challenges you encounter in life.
3. Share the good or bad things happening in your life and the life of your family and friends.
4. Ask questions about church happenings. We ask that you:
1. Participate in a kind and collaborative way, and exercise respect and consideration.
2. Avoid posting content vastly unrelated to the purpose of the group. Posts about political views, sports, or jokes fit better on your personal page.
3. Respect the privacy of other members of the group and refrain from sharing screenshots outside the group. Please also make sure you have permission before posting photos or stories about other church members
