“That He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” — Ephesians 5:27

Last Sunday, Pastor Ruth Donald reminded us that a glorious church is made up of glorious people!

“Sanctify yourselves: for tomorrow the Lord will do wonders among you.” — Joshua 3:5

A church without sin is a glorious church. A church without wrinkles and blemishes is a glorious church. A church with freshness is a glorious church.

God has called us to perfection, just as Matthew 5:48 reminds us to be perfect as our Heavenly Father is perfect.

Thank you Pastor Ruth for bringing us this timely word!❤️
May we continue to pursue holiness, freshness, and consecration as the glorious Church God is calling us to be. 🙏🏽

God has given every person a general purpose and a unique assignment. Our spiritual gifts, passions, strengths, personalities, and life experiences all work together to point us toward the kingdom problems we are called to solve!

Using our gifts honours God and expands us, and as we serve faithfully in our general calling, God begins to reveal our specific assignment.

“For the Son of Man will come in His Father’s glory with His angels, and then He will reward each person according to what they have done.” – Matthew 16:27

Last Sunday, we had the privilege of having Pastor Calvin Wutcha come speak to us. He reminded us that while our responsibility to God and His kingdom is something we share together, it is also deeply personal.
The call may be corporate, but the responsibility is individual!

Each of us has a part to play, a life to live for Him, and a responsibility we can’t pass on to someone else.
In the end, the work is given to all of us, but the reward is according to each person.
