This Sunday is the start of great things!

Gods timing is always perfect - even when we ask “When God…” Pastor Cait has a Word to share on the timing of the Lord and what that means for you and me!

Sign ups are happening at the back of the Auditorium this Sunday for Fall Gen Groups! Join a small group this season!

We are welcoming all those entering kindergarten for the first time to join us in the grade K-5 room after worship! We can’t wait to see you!
Next week (Sept 13) we will be having a cake party!

Families - remember to check in your children using the Kids Check in kiosk in the Lobby before Church starts.

TONIGHT is the GEN YOUTH BBQ!
Let's have one last Summer Hang out before school starts!
We will be outside and all those entering grade 6 are invited to come out!
Kick off for Gen Youth for regular days will begin Tuesday, September 15th.

UPDATE:
Currently there is no power and unfortunately we will not be having service.

But this is what we will be doing.

We are going to be the Church and be on mission this afternoon.

Everyone who will be participating in serving the community for Adopt a Block please arrive at 12:45pm. (Eat before you come & we cannot guarantee that we will have operational washrooms if the power is out)

The team will meet, pray and go out!
Prepare your hearts and mind this morning in prayer and let’s serve & love our neighbours this afternoon.

This Wednesday we will have our Mid Week service at 7pm and we look forward to a seeing you all there.

Currently Generations Church has no power and the suggested time for power to come back on won’t be until the afternoon.

With this we have to make some hard decisions. We thank you for your patience in this matter.

Here is what we are planning:
1. If power comes on before 10am Church will be on.
2. If power does not come back on we unfortunately won’t be having service this morning.

This Wednesday we have Mid Week Service at 7pm. We look forward to seeing you there!

Adopt a Block
We will still meet at the church at 1pm to assemble and head out to serve the community.

Sunday is a big day!
A message prepared based on “Jesus is grace” and its launch day of “Adopt a Block!”

We know we are called to love our neighbours - so Sunday afternoon a group of us are headed downtown to offer lawn care & yard clean ups. Watch for the team of blue shirts!

After church from 1-4pm we will be serving our neighbours. Be sure to pack a lunch, bring work gloves, yard tools, and good walking shoes.

We are still looking for: pasta sauce, pasta, and canned green/ yellow beans. Please drop off at the bin in the Lobby.

Sunday is going to be a great day! See you at Church!

All are invited out for an evening of worship and corporate prayer as we seek the face of Jesus.

This will be different than a Sunday service.

We will worship because of who he is.
We will pray and believe for Jesus to answer.
We will grow in our faith.
We will declare his goodness and his promises over situations.

We can’t wait!

Sunday, August 30th we will be going into our community to serve. You may see the blue shirt team out and about on Main Street St.George.

We will be offering: mowing of lawns, weeding, garbage pick up and removal, window cleaning etc..

Here are the details for those wanting to serve:
• Come to Church Aug 30
• Bring a lunch (to eat after church)
• Wear comfortable shoes & clothing
• Let us know you’re coming!
• mission will be from 1-4pm
• Bring your own work gloves

Here are items we are looking for. If you have these items you can bring for teams to use. Please comment below what you can bring ON AUG 30 and how many.

Yard Care:
4 - 6 Push Lawn Mowers
4 - 6 W**d Wackers
4 - 6 Wheels Barrels

Rakes, Shovels, Gardening Tools

Cleaning Supplies:
- Rags
- Windex
- 4-6 hoses with nozzles (30-50ft)

Food: - DROP OFF BY AUG 30 there is box in the Lobby.
24 Pasta Boxes
24 Pasta Sauce
24 Canned Green / Yellow Beans
