🐮We are ready for MOOOVE UP SUNDAY TOMORROW, September 6.
We can't wait to see every back and welcome new friends!🐮

It's time for a new ministry year and we are excited to welcome all of our kids back to both services, 9:00 & 11:00 this Sunday.

Kids may MOOOVE up to a new classroom on Sunday as we try to align with the school grades.

Nursery and Toddlers (2 year olds) will remain in the nursery and toddler rooms and move with developmental readiness.

🐵Age 3 (preschool) - (by December 31, 2026) If your child turns 3 in 2026 they will be in the 3 year old room

🐨Age 4 (preschool) - (by December 31, 2026) If your child turns 4 in 2026 they will be in the 4 year old/Kindergarten room

🐨Kindergarten in the 2026/2027 school year will be in the 4 year old/Kindergarten room

🍄Grade 1/2 in the 2026/2027 school year
🍂Grade 3/4 in the 2026/2027 school year
🌟Grade 5/6 in the 2026/2027 school year

We are excited to step into HIS story this year and see what God is going to do!

🍂We are getting ready for fall launch the Sunday and would love to have all the kids in the system and in their correct classrooms before we start this weekend.
If you haven't filled out the NEW SGAC Kids Sunday morning registration form this summer please take a few minutes to do that now. This will really help us out with getting all the kids in the correct classrooms and ready for check in on Sunday!

🐮MOOOVE UP SUNDAY is coming THIS SUNDAY, September 6.🐮

It's time for a new ministry year and we are excited to welcome all of our kids back to both services, 9:00 & 11:00 this Sunday.

As our kids head back to school this week let's cover them in prayer.

💛God, surround our children with people who see them for who they truly are.

💙God, bring friends into our children’s lives who will encourage them and lift them up. Help our children to be that kind of friend to others.

💛God, provide the right teacher for each child this year. We pray the teachers will encourage our children to be the best versions of who you created them to be.

💙God, give our children teachable hearts and a willingness to learn all that you have for them this year.

💛God, we pray protection over our children’s eyes, ears and hearts. Help them hear truth spoken over them and guard them from words and actions that will tear them down.

💙God, give our children strength to be agents of Your grace, love and kindness. May they shine the love of Jesus through their words and actions.

These 3 ladies are absolutely incredible and it has been the best week ever. VBS was so fun this year and we loved finishing it off by being painted by the kids.

Candice, Julianna and Leah poured so much into this past week and continue to do so as we clean up and reorganize for fall. I couldn't ask for a better support team and our SGAC Kids are truly blessed!

Today we are praising God for such an incredible week at VBS this week! 🌟🙌

When they say it takes a village they are not wrong.
We had over 120 volunteers on site not to mention all the pre-VBS prep work that took place.

From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU TEAM!

Decoration prep and set up, Keenagers counting, sorting, cutting and more. Kitchen crew, breakfast crew, nursery, hall monitors and medical. Tech and photography. Worship Team, Crew Leaders, Crew assistants, station leaders, station assistants, prayer warriors, quiet room, and I'm sure I'm forgetting someone! The office admin team, the pastors and leadership team and so many more.

No matter your role you were a blessing not only to us but to the children and families. Seeds were planted, seeds were watered, Kingdom work was done by each one of you and an eternal impact was made.

It's been a RADIANT week at VBS and we aren't finished yet.

Join us at 9 or 11 on Sunday morning as we ILLUMINATE Jesus, God's PLAN for forgiveness and celebrate with a BBQ following the 11:00 service.

Don't forget the colour groups with the most offering points will get to spray colours on Pastor Debbie, Mrs. Candice, Mrs. Julianna and Miss. Leah. We will announce our total money raised and number of refugee children sponsored at the African School of Hope through the VBS Offering.

And just like that Day 4 is done!

We had the best time with all of your kids this week shining a light on who Jesus is. What a blessing to be able to serve the Lord and plant seeds of faith in little hearts.

Make sure you join us on Sunday as we wrap up with Day 5 of who Jesus is. 9 or 11 with the BBQ after the 11:00 service.
