URGENT COMMUNITY ADVISORY:
Addressing Defamation in the Pagan Group Vancouver Island Witchcraft and Esoterica.
A critical notice must be issued regarding the recent actions of an individual called Krystallynne O’Hagan, admin of the group Vancouver Island Witchcraft and Esoterica, posting targeted, malicious and defamatory content within her group in the Pagan community.
This individual has targeted myself and other people from my Coven as well as Facebook friends.
We want to be unequivocally clear:
The deliberate spreading of falsehoods intended to damage the reputation of others is not merely a VIOLATION OF GROUP RULES or a breach of civility—it constitutes defamation, which is a serious, actionable illegal offense.
To safeguard the trust, integrity, and safety of every member of our Pagan community, we cannot and will not tolerate this behavior.
Documentation of the offending post has been completed, and formal reports are currently being submitted to Facebook Administration, coupled with notification to relevant external authorities.
This firm action is essential; our priority is to protect the collective health of our community, and we are committed to ensuring that Facebook groups remain a secure, respectful environment, free from harassment and illegal slander.
We demand URGENT apologies and the removal of the defamatory post, or legal actions will be taken.
Besides myself, among the long list of individuals already targeted by this person, not all agreed to give their names due to the trauma caused by the defamation, but these folks below have given me permission to mention their names in this post.
