The good news of today's Gospel is that Jesus still opens eyes. Christ does more than restore sight. He brings light to the human heart. He opens our eyes to who God truly is - merciful, patient, and always seeking us. He opens our eyes to who we truly are - beloved children of the Father. - Fr. Christopher

Light is about visibility. Where is the light in your life? Where is your darkness? How are you a becon of light providing the way for others?

We are the salt and light because God works through each of us every day.

"What if repentance is not primarily about what we have done wrong, but about turning toward something more? What if it is less about the past and more about the future? Less about shame and more about possibility? What if repentance is the courage to let go of what is too small for us, so that God can give us a larger life?" - Fr. Christopher

What a great thought!
