Please join us in welcoming our next Executive Director 🥳 Emma will begin her role by the end of this month, so please pray for her as she prepares and trains. A little introduction from Emma:
" Hi everyone, my name is Emma Wiebe, but at camp I go by scarlet. I am so grateful and excited to be the next Executive Director at Rough Acres. I'm from Terrace BC, and 9 years ago, my family started attending Rough Acres. Since then, we've been involved in every way we can. From my first day at camp in 2017, I knew this place was remarkable, and I knew I had to be a part of it. Over the past year, I've prayed about how I could become more involved in camp. The answer came clearer than ever, 'Make it your work.' I've witnessed first-hand how much camp means to so many people and am beyond excited about taking a bigger role in that. I'm stepping into this position full of peace and the confidence that Christ has called me to this ministry and will teach and sustain me through it all."

Here is this year's giant lost and found pile! Take a good look and let us know if anything belongs to you. Otherwise, this will all be donated. Some of this is left from rentals as well, not just kids camps.

Summer Missionaries taking over the account

Hey everyone, I know this is crazy, but camp is almost over! Our summer camps wrap up after Family Camp this weekend. The final camp day is this Monday (Aug 3rd) We will be having our final clean up begin around 11am on Monday. We'd love it if you could join us for this important work day! Many hands make light work😌 we'll have all sorts of jobs to do- cleaning the cabins and lodge, bringing in the inflatables and watercrafts, bringing in the life jackets, etc. We may even auction off our remaining food/tuck items 🤭 join us next Monday!
