𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲

As conversations unfolded throughout the MCI Summit, a common theme emerged across healthcare, education, social services, and ministry:

𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Presentations from Eoin Murray, Dr. Theresa Zolner, Jon Popowich, Tammy Arntson, and the Education Panel explored how AI is already transforming the way we communicate, learn, care for others, and serve our communities.

While participants recognized the opportunities AI offers, there was also a strong consensus that technology can never replace authentic human relationships, compassion, discernment, or love.

Catholic Social Teaching reminds us that every person is created in the image and likeness of God and possesses an inherent dignity that must guide every technological decision.

𝘈𝘴 𝘈𝘐 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘦𝘷𝘰𝘭𝘷𝘦, 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘳𝘦𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘥.

About 150 parishioners of all ages joined in our Outdoor Corpus Christi Procession on Sunday June 7, the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. Family-friendly Holy Hour of Adoration followed upon our return to the church. Thank you dear Jesus!

ABj is hosting a Grade 9 Transition Information Night on Wednesday, June 10 from 6:30–7:30 p.m. at ABJ in the large gymnasium.
Presentation topics include:
- Introductions to our school teams
- What to expect during the Grade 9 Registration Day in August
- What the first few days of school will look like
- An overview of the open campus concept and lunch routines
- Available student supports
- Clubs and athletic opportunities
- A school tour

We encourage students and their parents/guardians to attend to help make the transition to Grade 9 as smooth as possible.
