💙 It is with great sorrow that Refresh Ministries acknowledges the passing of Marcy Balderston. Marcy joined the Refresh Team as our office administrator. She then became a member of the Board of Directors where she served for many years. Marcy brought contagious optimism and deep spirituality to our ministry. Her insights, prayers and service left a lasting impact. We have admired her courage and will miss her greatly. Our prayers are with her husband Kurt and their children whose loss is beyond the expression of words.

Marcy Balderston, resident of Sexsmith, passed away peacefully at the age of 61 on September 14th at home, surrounded by her loving family. Born on April 2, 1965, in Dawson Creek to parents George and Janice Maxwell, she was raised on the Peace View Ranch in Cherry Point alongside her five siblings....
