Our little singing group ‘Gideon’s Army’ serenaded the residents at St. Joe’s Home last Thursday. The residents had some of those plastic hand clappers and made a joyful noise with us, everyone had a wonderful time. We look forward to our next adventure down the road. Peace to all. ✝️

Another hugely successful FREE SUPPER at Christ Church Anglican tonight, great crowd, wonderful food and amazing volunteers who cooked, served, visited and cleaned up….we are truly blessed to be part of such a great community. Thanks also to Elliot for offering prayers for the meal, to Kim for keeping track of all the moving parts, and to Judy and Ian for assembling such a good team. See you on the ‘Third Tuesday’ in July. ✝️

Thanks to this team of volunteers who flew into action when our Ian was out of commission. Chili and buns, salad, watermelon on the menu for the FREE SUPPER at Christ Church Anglican from 5-7 pm. Come on down to 515 28th Street West.

Our friend Ian, Chef Extraordinaire, Captain of our Third Tuesday Free Suppers, and member of our church band, is in hospital. We are keeping in touch with his family members and have created a Meal Train to co-ordinate food deliveries for his family during this difficult time. Your support is greatly appreciated. Feel free to email [email protected] or call the church office at 306-242-0165 if you have any questions. Thank you.

Ian is in hospital and the Christ Church Anglican community wants to support him and his family during this time by taking meals to the house.
