Please stay for our fall kickoff barbecue following worship, hotdogs and hamburgers provided, potluck sides, salads and desserts. You will see the camera go black during the laying on of hands portion of the service to protect the privacy of those participating. We also bid farewell to Elliot Luo who has been with us all summer, and who will soon serve as the incumbent at St John's Minster Anglican Church in Lloyminster, Saskatchewan. All are welcome to an Order of Saint Luke Healing Service beginning at 10:30 AM, Sunday August 30th, 515 28th Street West. The service will be livestreamed and posted to YouTube and our web site later in the day.

"The Gospel tells us that Jesus ministry was a ministry of proclaiming the good news and healing the sick. In Luke’s Gospel we learn that the mandate Jesus left to his disciples and consequently to the church was to heal the sick and tell them that when they see the sick being healed, the Kingdom of God is in their midst." ✝️
