We at Sisterhood Ministries have been blessed to serve this community for 10+ years and it is with sadness and also hope for the future that we are coming to a close.

Sisterhood Ministries will be closing its doors as of December 31, 2025, with our final event happening this fall (Out of the Overflow, find other posts for details). 🤍

As we begin to wind things down, we would love to celebrate with you what the Lord has done! Have pictures? Send them in (through our DM’s is wonderful). Have stories of how God moved, who you met or what happened? Let us know!

Have you enjoyed listening to our podcast, reading through our Bible studies or attending our events? We would love to hear from you, no matter the story, prayer report, event you attended, you name it!

We are beyond thankful for our time serving this community across Canada, and although yes, it will be very hard to say good-bye, we look up towards our Father in heaven with great anticipation for what He has in store for all of us. He is faithful through it all.

As you sip your coffee this morning, whether you're racing out the door or savoring a slow, peaceful start- take a moment to pause.

Whisper a thank you to the one who woke you up today. Or simply be still and listen for his voice. He is near, even in the little moments .

"Let the morning bring me word of your faithful love, for I trust in you; reveal to me what I should do, because I appeal to you." Psalm 143: 8

The way you start your day matters. Not because of what you do, but because of who you turn to. Let today begin with gratitude and connection to your creator.

Sister, have you ever felt unworthy of God’s love or redemption? Mary Magdalene’s story is a powerful testimony of God’s grace and the transformation He brings to our lives. You can read about her story in Luke 8:1-3 and John 20:11-18.

Mary Magdalene had a troubled past—she had been possessed by seven demons before Jesus healed her. But after her encounter with Jesus, her life was radically changed. She followed Him with devotion and was the first to witness His resurrection.

John 20:17: "Go to my brothers and tell them that I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God."

Mary’s life is a beautiful example of how Jesus transforms us, no matter our past. Her response to Jesus’ grace was one of deep love and devotion.

Sister, have you experienced the transformation of God’s grace in your own life? Mary’s story reminds us that no one is beyond redemption.

How can you respond to God’s grace with love and devotion, like Mary?

When every hour feels full and every moment is rushed, it’s easy for prayer to get quiet.

But maybe it’s not that God isn’t speaking... maybe we just can’t hear Him over the noise.

Pause. Breathe. Make space. He’s waiting to meet with you. 🤍

“May they see you, before they see me.”

This was my prayer. For years I would walk into my office with these eight words uttered under my breath, prayed in a combination of fear and assurance. I wanted to impact beyond my slides and spreadsheets. But mostly, I wanted my imposter syndrome to go away.

I didn’t believe I could do it, that I could be the person they thought I was. I wanted to jump out and say, “I have no idea what I’m doing,” because that was the truth. Instead, I prayed.

May they see you, before they see me.

As I became a mother, I had no idea what sleep schedule to follow or how to keep my cool when I’d just had enough.

May they see you, before they see me.
As my parents age and we have tough conversations about faith and heaven and life, ones where I have no answers, I prayed.

May they see you, before they see me.

Lord, may you walk in front of us, behind us and around us. Thank you for your love, and faithfulness in all seasons. Thank you that you have the answers.

May they always see you before they see me
