In a world which demands us to do more, be more, and stay busy, our faith tradition offers a different invitation: rest in God.

The Rev. Canon Kevin Flynn reminds us that in Christ we have entered into the rest of God. Not stagnation, or boredom, but rather steady, unruffled life rooted in God’s presence.

Even at a time when there has never been such sheer activity, we are reminded not to bustle for the sake of bustle, but to make space for stillness and interior contemplation.
