If youâre struggling with angerâŚ
Anger may be part of your story, but it doesnât have to write the next chapter.
Anger can point to something that mattersâsomething that hurts, something that feels unfair, or something that needs attention. But we donât have to let anger make our choices for us.
You can acknowledge what you feel without being controlled by it.
You can process whatâs underneath the anger.
You can choose a different response.
Your anger doesnât have to define you. There is a path toward healing, freedom, and peace.
âEveryone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.â
â James 1:19
Recovery gives us a safe place to be honest about whatâs happening inside usâand learn healthier ways to respond.
â¤ď¸ You donât have to let yesterdayâs anger write tomorrowâs story.
