Good evening NHCC! Hope the Lord spoke to your heart and you were blessed in attending our online worship service this afternoon.
We will push through with our partial re-opening this coming Sunday, August 2 (starting with Group #1). Please constantly pray for God's protection as do this. Please note that this partial church re-opening is CONTINGENT IN ALL OF US STAYING SAFE AND HEALTHY. Please understand us if we will enforce the safety protocols that our leaders have agreed upon for our well being. Please do not get angry with us if we will call the attention of those who are not following the protocols.
Entrance to the building will be one person at a time. Everyone's body temperature will be checked, asked to sanitize their hands, and wear masks/face shields. Because of these protocols, we aks everyone attending to come on time - on or before 2:15 pm. To be sure that everyone coming to the building has been screened and in fairness to our brethren who will do the screening, we will close the doors of the building at 2:30 pm.
Also, please be informed that there will be no touching, handshakes, fist bumps, or hugs except between members of the same family.
Below is the continuation of our safety protocols. Please read them.
Thanks.
P. Beng
2. Before the service
- Entrance will be different from exit to facilitate one-way flow and to discourage crowding.
- Before the worship service, entrance would be through the main door while exit will be through the one in the kitchen and the one near the Men’s washroom. Attendees will be asked to proceed to the sanctuary and take their seats.
- When entering, people should observe physical distancing of 2 meters. (Painter’s tape will be placed on the ground to guide people.)
- Attendees will be asked to limit use of the washrooms. As much as possible, everyone should do “their thing” at home.
- If it could not be avoided that people would meet at the doors, one person should wait for the other to get in or get out before he or she gets in or out. Physical distancing must be observed.
3. Singing
- The praise and worship team assigned every Sunday must not crowd the stage. A maximum of 3 people will lead the church in singing to facilitate physical distancing. Each person must have his or her own microphone.
- Attendees will be respectfully asked to sing softly, not out loud, as the virus is spread mainly through saliva droplets.
