The Burmese Buddhist Society, BC (BBS, BC) is a non-profit organization based in Vancouver , British Columbia. that learn and practice in the Theravada tradition, we provide access to teachings through Dhamma classes, group Meditation retreats, and build SANGHAS through community events, volunteer work and compassionate action. We invite you to join us exploring the Buddha’s teachings on insight,

generosity and kindness; and in awakening the body, mind and heart in formal meditation practice and in the challenge of daily life. OBJECTIVE OF BBS, BC
The objective of BBS,BC is to promotes and propagates Buddha’s SASANA within Canadian Buddhist community. It also promotes racial harmony through the understanding of different faiths.
