Trinity-St. Andrew's T&T Silent Auction The silent auction portion of our annual Christmas Tea & Talent Sale is going online this year! Take a look at the great items for auction! AUCTION RULES:
1.

To make a bid for the Online Silent Auction item, simply enter your bid amount in the comment section of the FIRST PHOTO in the album for that item. The opening bid on this item must be at least the minimum bid listed. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $1, $2, $3, etc. (no 25 cent or 50 cent bids). Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.
2.

Once the auction is declared closed, the highest bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will so be marked. In the event of a dispute, TSA will act as the final authority. The winning bidder will be contacted, via Facebook message, to arrange payment (cash or cheque) and to arrange pick up or delivery of item.
3. Payment for items purchased must be made in full. We accept cash or a personal cheque.
4. Contacting the office for claiming and picking up items must be done within 48 hours of purchase, by phone at 613-432-2285. Items must be picked up within a one week period following the auction date. If the item is left unclaimed for 48 hours it will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
5. All items must be picked up at Trinity-St. Andrew's United Church's church office, 291 Plaunt Street South, Renfrew, Ontario, Monday to Thursday, 9-2. Payment must be provided at time of pick-up.
6. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. (Trinity-St. Andrew's reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction. – I don't think we need this sentence.) Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All items are "as is".
7. Trinity- St. Andrew's provides no guarantees, or warranties of auction items. Happy Bidding!!!
