Met Youth Regina is a non-profit youth group which falls under the umbrella of Met Youth Canada. Met Youth Canada is a ministry for all Greek Orthodox youth that are between the ages of 12 to 25. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church in Regina, Saskatchewan. As a group, we strive to keep youth active in the community through religious, athletics, social, and community events.
