The Archdiocese of Regina Lay Formation Program will finish the second year of the three-year program this weekend, June 5 – 7, at Campion College in Regina. This month, we will delve into Intro to Canon Law, Spirituality, and Pneumatology. The Lay Formation Program can help. Our next intake will happen in the Fall of 2027. June is Men's Mental Health Month
Many men carry their struggles alone. Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loneliness, and other mental health challenges can leave us feeling isolated, even in the midst of family, work, and faith communities. If you are a man living with mental health challenges and looking for a place of faith, honesty, and support, consider joining our new Men's Emmaus Spiritual Peer Support Group, now forming. Together, we create space for prayer, authentic conversation, mutual encouragement, and hope rooted in Christ. No one is expected to have all the answers. We simply walk together, supporting one another on the journey. The group will meet monthly, with both in-person and online participation options available.
