"Love the Lord, Encounter Christ, Serve all people"

Everything that happens at Christ the King Parish flows from and points back to the source and summit of our faith: Sunday Mass. If you have never been to a Catholic Mass before, consider this your invitation. No matter where you are in your journey of faith, we welcome you join us at Mass. Our parish makes it easy for newcomers by projecting th

e responses and Mass parts on weekends to make following along easy. This way you do not have to worry about what to do and what to say. Catholics experience the Mass as pilgrims on a journey and as a necessary part of their faith life as Christians. It is deeply personal, while at the same time, deeply communal. Every part of the Mass is designed to help you pray and encounter God with and through the community of believers. Join us and feel welcome among us. Our inclusive parish is marked by hospitality and a rich diversity of age, ethnic,
racial, social and economic backgrounds. We invite you to get involved and be part of our family here at Christ The King.

June is Men's Mental Health Month
Many men carry their struggles alone. Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loneliness, and other mental health challenges can leave us feeling isolated, even in the midst of family, work, and faith communities. If you are a man living with mental health challenges and looking for a place of faith, honesty, and support, consider joining our new Men's Emmaus Spiritual Peer Support Group, now forming. Together, we create space for prayer, authentic conversation, mutual encouragement, and hope rooted in Christ. No one is expected to have all the answers. We simply walk together, supporting one another on the journey. The group will meet monthly, with both in-person and online participation options available. Loneliness touches millions of Canadians each year, often quietly and unseen. At Emmaus Support Mental Health Ministries, our spiritual peer support groups seek to create spaces of connection, prayer, accompaniment, and mutual support so that no one has to walk alone. If you're interested in joining an existing group, or exploring how to start one in your parish or community, we would love to hear from you at [email protected]. We provide free online formation and ongoing support for all Emmaus facilitators.
