The Ecumenical Commission is appointed by the Archbishop with a mandate to promote ecumenical and interfaith education and formation in Catholic principles of dialogue. The Commission is animated by the ecumenical officer, who serves as an advisor to the Archbishop, the clergy, and lay people throughout the Archdiocese as each engages in relationship with people of other faith communities.
