We have a busy Branch that supports the life of the parish and community. We have spiritual activities to help us grow in our faith, our relationship with God and one another. We offer cultural activities to help deepen our understanding of our heritage. We have initiatives that help support needs within in our community and we support a multitude of charitable activities at the local, provincial, national and international levels. Locally, our Branch will be celebrating 40 years of faith and service in 2024! We are grateful to those founding members that had the vision to connect the women of our parish to become part of a network of women and organizational levels!

Slava Bohu! Today was a special day! In addition to UCWLC hosting Soup Sunday luncheon (absolutely delicious!!!!), our Branch also hosted our annual Christmas cultural workshop! This year, we featured learning about Icons in our Rite: Traditional & Folk; purposes, uses, styles, how they are utilized in our Rite (which includes the domestic church), and how to create a Folk icon using the reverse painting on glass technique! Participants had the choice of the following icons: Theotokos & Christchild, St. Nikolas, and a Nativity! 24 participants got to deepen their understanding of key ideas and create a folk icon to prepare for the Christmas season and enjoy it in their homes! Special thank you to UCC Regina Community Development Fund, which helped co-sponsor this Branch community event; all who participated; and especially to Fr Vasyl our Branch Spiritual Advisor for his support abd guidance and the UCWLC members who worked hard to provide a special and memorable event for families!! Well done!!! UCC Regina
