One of the best feelings is being around people who don’t make you feel like you have to earn your place in their life. No mixed signals, no making you question yourself, no feeling like you’re “too much” for simply caring. Just genuine energy, effort that feels natural, and the kind of presence that makes life feel lighter instead of heavier.

Mental health, understanding and support are needed with people dealing with mental health issues. Always be kind
