Our 2026 Tailgate Party is February 8th at Home Church Red Deer. Doors Open – 3:30pm
Buffet – 3:45pm
Kickoff - 4:30pm Visa, Mastercard, or cash are accepted.

Join us for our 14th Annual Tailgate Party featuring the BIG Game on February 2, 2020 at Home Church Red Deer. There is NO BETTER Superbowl Party in the city of Red Deer! This is a family friendly event that is alcohol free. Advance tickets are $25 or are available at the door for $30. Tickets are for food & door prize eligibility. Doors open at 3:30pm, with a buffet dinner catered by Bob Ronnie C

atering starting at 3:45pm. Kickoff is at 4:30pm. The party features BIG screen football action, more food, drinks and refreshments than you could possibly need, door prize draws that include but are not limited to hats, TShirts, misc. fan gear and football jerseys and the most exciting atmosphere for watching football anywhere in Central Alberta. In addition to the possibility of winning one of close to 50 door prizes, there will be a silent auction happening throughout the afternoon allowing you the opportunity to bid for sports memorabilia & jerseys in support of Home of Hope. Home of Hope is a local, non-profit, compassion program that feeds over 10,000 children in Africa & India. We’d love to have you at our party this year! Come check it out, make a few new friends and enjoy the Superbowl in one of the most fun venues in the region. The AFC & NFC Championship games are set; the winners this week will be our teams in the Superbowl. It’s the Buffalo Bills at the Kansas City Chiefs and the Washington Commanders at the Philadelphia Eagles. Both games will be packed with intrigue and should be exciting matches.

Our Story

Home Church hosted its first Superbowl party following its “Guys Only Men’s Conference” in 2007. The game featured the Indianapolis Colts defeating the Chicago Bears. The party was simple and gathered approx. 200 men to watch the game. Preceding the game, 40 men gathered to play football in the snow. Following that, a catered buffet dinner was provided and the game was up on the big screen.

Since then, the Tailgate Party featuring the Big Game has morphed into the biggest Superbowl Party in Central Alberta. From its humble beginnings, the party now draws 400+ people annually, including not only the guys, but women and families too, all coming to enjoy a family friendly, alcohol free, event. The event still features a catered buffet dinner and the game on the BIG screen, but now also includes, (but is not limited to), 75+ door prizes, Tailgate BINGO, snacks and junk food for during the game and finally our annual silent auction in support of Home of Hope. Home of Hope is Home Church’s compassion program which feeds over 10,000 orphans in Kenya, Rwanda, Congo, & India. Through the generosity of donors and buyers we have raised thousands of dollars for orphans,…all at a SUPERBOWL PARTY!
